Most teachers come back from an absence to a sticky note that says 'class was fine' or a list of complaints with no context. Neither helps them make next time better. This system is built differently: Form A is the substitute's structured end-of-day report, Form B is a student self-reflection (including a 5-star rating and emoji self-assessment), and Form C is the teacher's debrief and continuous improvement tracker. The only sub feedback kit designed for actionable data, not just venting. Three completed Form C's creates a pattern. Patterns create better plans.
